Leads the front office and the administrative team: intake, referrals and scheduling, insurance verification and billing workflows, compliance, and the day-to-day running of the office.

Supports the daily operations of our Avondale office: phones, scheduling, visitors and office organization.

Clinical Intern

For clinicians in training who want to grow their skills in a family-structured environment, working toward trauma-specialist certification under supervision.

Family Support Specialist

Works closely with families to provide guidance, resources and advocacy that promote stability and wellbeing, using trauma-informed approaches.

Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians working toward independent licensure, focused on case consultation, clinical skill development and ethical practice.

We welcome internship and practicum students from graduate counseling and social work programs, working alongside our clinical team under supervision.
